Our £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Offer Terms

These terms are for existing Chase customers in the UK who want to take advantage of the £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card offer. Existing Chase customers that are eligible for this offer will be notified directly by email.

Who are these terms between?

You: A Chase customer who intends to take advantage of the £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card offer from Chase. 

Us: Chase, a trading name of J.P. Morgan Europe Limited, so whenever you see ‘Chase’ or ‘we’, you know who we’re referring to.

The reward

  • You will get a £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card if you are eligible for this offer and comply with these terms. 
  • This offer is limited to one reward per customer. 
  • You will have up to 10 years to use the Gift Card. Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and restrictions apply, see www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal
  • The reward will be sent to the email account you have registered with Chase, provided you meet all the conditions in these terms. It can take up to 28 days from the day you meet the conditions set out below (i.e. 28 days from the 5th debit card transaction) for the reward to be emailed to you.
  • In order to receive the reward, you must not close your last Chase account before the reward is received and your account must not be suspended or under investigation.
  • Chase may substitute the reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value at any time without notice. 

How to get this reward

You must comply with the following conditions to benefit from this offer: 

  • Within 14 days of receiving your offer invite email, make 5 or more debit card transactions from your Chase Current Account. This means you must have 5+ completed transactions with your debit card by 11:59PM on 11 December 2025.
  • The transaction status must be fully completed, and cannot be in pending or cancelled state, to be eligible.
  • A debit card transaction includes any card purchase (including contactless, physical and online purchases) in any currency. Any transaction which does not meet this criterion will not qualify, such as transfers, cash withdrawals, gambling, pre-authorised transactions, and payments made by direct debit.
  • You must have a Chase current account. Your account must not be suspended or under investigation to participate in this offer.

Making changes to this offer

We may change, suspend or end this offer at any time. If we do so, we will notify you through the app, SMS or by email. We may suspend or end the offer on an individual or offer-wide basis. 

If we reasonably suspect that you are abusing this offer or find that you have breached these terms, then we may reverse any referral awards paid to you.
